The aperitif in the shade of the lions in Piazza dei Martiri is a fundamental moment for us. Innovative cocktails inspired by Neapolitan characters and monuments are prepared with ingredients ranging from coffee to other flavours.
In sweet and fruity version or in the alcoholic type and with a more bitter after taste, our cocktails are created using techniques such as smoking, ageing in cask and molecular mixing. Complementary to each cocktail, appetizing finger food is created by our chef combining tradition, contemporary tastes and our classic snacks ‘O Spassatiempo (the pastime); the inspiration comes from a basket that in the Neapolitan holidays tradition contains the ‘ciociole’ (driedfruits and nuts) to be consumed before and after meals.
The Caffettiera is the only official location in the south of Ferrari Spazio Bollicine: in our cafè, bottles labelled Ferrari are the main components of combinations, aperitifs and cocktails.
Not only Ferrari. Our “carte of the bubbles” includes the Valdobbiadene winery Bisol, which has been involved in the wine production activity since 1542, but also the most prestigious French champagne brands. The range of wines and liqueurs is also wide and is among the most prestigious.
